You can link multiple notes from other products or location via tags.
When you create a note, you will have the option to add tags to your note.
Later on, you may show all notes with the same tag in related notes view.
Add a tag 'available' to note.
Show all notes with tag 'available'.
Warning! Notes with the same tag will only show if you have access to that note.
